About our Medical Practice

Dr Kuldeep Sidhu established the practice in 2002 with a holistic view to patient care. Since this time, The Madison Medical Practice has grown significantly under Dr Jesse Luo, an experienced GP, and Ms Linda Severino RN, who have both taken the lead as the practice principal and director since 2014; helping to shape and guide the next generation of general practitioners. The Madison Medical Practice is conveniently located a 4-minute walk from Hornsby train station, and outside Hornsby Westfields inside the iconic Madison Building.

This holistic approach has seen the practice rapidly grow into a dynamic medical clinic with experienced staff and consulting GPs, dedicated to assist you in a friendly environment with empathy and respect. The practice is a fully accredited AGPAL quality medical practice.

We are a mixed billing medical practice, with bulk-billing available for the vulnerable in our community. Please refer to our ‘fees’ page for more information, a proportionate amount will be claimed online after your consultation.

The Madison Medical Practice offers, for your convenience, experienced registered nurses who provide many services including immunisations, blood collection, Spirometry, ECG’s, infusions (alcasta and iron), routine baby heath checks (recorded in child’s blue book) & pap smear services during opening hours.

The practice is open from 8.00am until 6.00pm Monday to Friday and from 8.00am until 5.00pm on Saturdays. The Practice is closed on Sundays. For all after-hour home GP services please call 13 SICK or 13 74 25.

All consulting GPs, Allied Health Professionals and Medical Specialists operate their own medical business through the Madison Medical Practice Hornsby in a commercial agreement.
