EMERGENCY ON THE DAY APPOINTMENT:
If an appointment is required urgently on the day, a flat fee of $40 will apply to all ages. Please call our receptionist on 9987 2226 if you would like to book.
Saturdays Fee
From 1st July 2024, gap payments apply for all Saturday GP consultations, irrespective of patient age.
Children’s scheduled immunisations will continue to be bulk billed on Saturdays. however if an issue is raised during a scheduled immunisation appointment that requires a GP consultation, fees may apply.

If you hold a current Medicare card, a proportionate amount of this fee can be claimed back immediately from Medicare after your consultation.
The fees listed above are used as a guide, however as General Practitioners are independent consulting medical professionals, in some circumstances they may charge additional fees on top of a standard billing consultation for more complex professional specialist services issues. Your GP will discuss that at the time of you consultation if an extra fee will be applied.
All consulting GPs, Allied Health Professionals and Medical Specialists operate their own medical business through the Madison Medical Practice Hornsby in a commercial agreement.
