Christina is a Registered Psychologist who attained her qualifications from Macquarie University and the Australian College of Applied Psychology. She has knowledge and expertise working collaboratively and holistically with children, adolescents and adults presenting with a range of difficulties around depression, anxiety, stress and burn out, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, parenting concerns, significant life changes and striving to fulfil one’s potential.
Christina uses evidence-based techniques to help her clients overcome unfavourable thoughts, feelings and behaviour. Christina is passionate about helping individuals nurture their strengths and work through personal and emotional challenges. The therapeutic domains Christina draws upon in her practice include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, mindfulness counselling and psychoeducation. She has a particular interest in resilience building, enhancing self efficacy, fostering assertiveness skills and couples therapy.
Christina is Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Agency, and is an associate member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
Amrit is a Clinical Psychologist who trained at Macquarie University and received her Clinical Masters from the University of Wollongong. She has also received specialist training in the treatment of anxiety and depression at the prestigious Beck Institute in the United States. Amrit has worked extensively with children, adolescents, adults and families presenting with a wide range of psychological concerns including; anxiety, depression, anger concerns, ADHD, Behavioural difficulties, Personality disorders and relationship problems. Amrit has also been responsible for the development and implementation of group-based programs for stress and anxiety.
Gauri is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian specialising in South Asian Diets. She grew up in the country side on fresh vegetarian food and loved growing vegetables from a young age. She believes that healthy eating is possible in every culture and cuisine. Gauri is passionate about cooking from fresh ingredients and trialling various cuisines. She is a mother of a toddler and understands the challenges of cooking for a family with varying nutritional needs and tastes. Gauri has been working as a dietitian for 5 years and in private practice for 2 years. She enjoys working in a multidisciplinary team who are committed to holistic and preventative health. Gauri’s favourite thing about being a private dietitian is getting to know and help her patients from diverse backgrounds to love food and enjoy good health. Gauri has had experience in a major public hospitals and various nursing homes. Gauri has a special management programs that assist in weight loss, weight gain, healthy eating, Diabetes, Blood pressure and Cholesterol management, Vegetarian and Vegan diets, Emotional eating, Digestive health, Liver health, Food allergies and intolerances and Women’s health.
Jessica has been a practicing Physiotherapist enjoying both private practice sports therapies and general practice to provide patients programs to assist with muscular strength and rehabilitation. She has a special interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and applies best practice/ evidence based approach to treatment; incorporating Individualised and patient centered care. Jessica is passionate about health care and fitness and has developed many skills working in multiple physiotherapy settings: Private practice, hospitals and occupational rehab. She has completed, Bounce Back lower back preventative core exercise training programs and the esteemed Professor Jill Cook’s Lower Limb Tendinopathy course and Sports Level 1.

Christineis an Accredited Exercise Physiologist who is experienced in implementing exercise for the prevention and management of a variety of chronic health conditions including Obesity, Diabetes, Hypertension, Hypercholesterolemia, Osteoporosis and Arthritis. He has a passion for equipping people with the knowledge and confidence to be exercising independently and a keen interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, particularly in chronic lower back pain.
